About the Project

We are a father-son team that hopes to develop the Nebraska High School Helmet Project. We’ve been hard at work drawing helmets for all Nebraska Class A and B teams, and are now beginning the Class C1 teams. Our primary artist is an eleven-year old, while his father serves as his research assistant, scouring the web for pictures and graphics to make the helmets as accurate as possible.

We want this blog to serve as a companion to the project. We plan to post new helmets here as well as comments about their creation and about the high schools themselves.

We also will post help-needed posts when we are having trouble gathering information needed to produce a school’s helmet.
